Downtown Discount
Everyone benefits when we take care of our downtown exteriors. That’s why our local downtown paint shops, Sherwin Williams and Painter’s Alley, are offering a discount for downtown businesses. Just let them know that the Downtown Anacortes Alliance sent you and that you are repainting a downtown building. Sherwin Williams will give you at least 25% off and Painter’s Alley will give you at least 10% off.
Choosing Your Color Palette
As a building owner, the final color palette is ultimately your choice! However, if you don’t know where to start, our Design Committee has worked with a local interior designer, Sally Zawistowski, to make it easier for you. Sally designed the interior of Blackbird Wine Bar downtown. She has selected the beautiful color combinations below. These are chosen from the Benjamin Moore Historic Color Collection at Painters Alley and they all give a nod to our maritime locale. In each sample, you can find the color at Benjamin Moore, and a similar color at Sherwin Williams. To make your final choice, please visit your selected paint store to see the actual paint chips as they will look different in person than on your computer screen.
