The City of Anacortes and First Forty Feet are working with the community to create a Downtown Streetscape Plan — a long-term roadmap for projects that improve how downtown looks, feels, and functions.

This plan will help guide future investments in things like pedestrian safety, public spaces, lighting, seating, wayfinding, and how people move through and spend time downtown. Your feedback will directly influence which ideas rise to the top and how they move forward.

  1. Love the benches. Am a senior citizen and need areas to rest. The benches would allow me to shop downtown. And anytime art is promoted it enlivens spaces. The
