It’s our goal to be a good steward of programs and projects, operating the Downtown Anacortes Alliance as efficiently as possible. Our operating budget primarily covers the cost of a part or full time Executive Director and eventually a small office downtown. Beyond that, we expect most projects and events to be self-sustaining with DAA assistance.
