Downtown Anacortes wouldn’t be what it is without YOU — our amazing locals! From morning coffee runs to date nights, gift shopping to family traditions, it’s our neighbors who make downtown thrive. That’s why this fall we’re rolling out a brand-new way to say thank you: the Locals Pass.

What’s the Locals Pass?

The Locals Pass is our way of showing appreciation for the people who make Anacortes, well… Anacortes! Each pass gives you access to a one-time 10% discount at participating businesses downtown from now through November 20th 2025. It’s our gift back to you, for all the ways you support and care for this community.

Keep an Eye on Your Mailbox

More than 8,000 households in Anacortes will be receiving a Locals Pass in the mail this September. When your card arrives, tuck it in your wallet or purse — you never know when you’ll want to pop into one of your favorite downtown shops or restaurants and use it!

If you don’t receive a card by the end of September, no worries. Just stop by any participating business and you can pick one up there.
